Modern spa with all the amenities including yoga rooms, meditation locations, massage and steam lounge, beverage centers and a great pool.
The Sandy Run Spa is a three-story modern spa which features a variety of amenities and skill-building activities for your sims. The exterior of the building is trimmed with shrubbery and flowers, as well as beautiful fountains that will draw visitors in.
Once inside, there are endless activities to ensure your sims stay stress-free. From a variety of meditation locations, two yoga studios with room for four instructors at a time, multiple drink stations, a small gym, chess and a massage room with steam lounges. Your sims will find lots to do and tons of ways to relax and recuperate.

In total, the Sandy Run Spa has 4 women’s and 4 men’s washrooms. On the main floor, there are toilets and baths separated by a shower room. On the top floor, there are smaller washrooms with just toilets and lockers (every toilet is accompanied by a sink).
Probably the best feature of the Sandy Run Spa is the rooftop patio and pool. The pool is huge and beautifully decorated, you can get a hand and/or foot massage or meditate next to it and get your drink on while overlooking Newcrest.
One thing you’ll notice about a great many of my builds on The Sims 4, and especially in Newcrest, is that I have a serious obsession with symmetry. The Sandy Run Spa is a perfect example of this symmetry. It’s something I keep trying to move away from and keep ending back up at.
You can find the Sandy Run Spa on The Sims 4 Gallery. I invite you to download it and place it in your own worlds. If you end up changing things up, I’d love to see what you come up, so please post links to your changes in the comments below. And while you’re at it, be sure to follow me by searching for the Origin ID: ValerieRayne13.
Finally, look forward to more posts on my builds in Newcrest including the Cookout Lookout Lounge, the Cypress Hill Library and the Fern Park MoMA.
